GodSpiritAcademy is more than an online ministry. It is part of a wider vision to share God’s love through biblical teaching, prayer, faith resources, and community outreach in the United Kingdom and Africa.

Our ministry serves women online while also supporting ministry and community work in Zimbabwe and the United Kingdom. Through partnership, we are able to continue developing faith-based resources, supporting ministry outreach, caring for children, and helping the work of the church and Gcinani Orphanage Home move forward. Every prayer, gift, and act of support helps us continue serving others and pointing people to Jesus Christ.

Church Ministry

From a Simple Beginning to a Growing Ministry

Our church ministry began on 9 December 2021 in Guwe Village, Nkayi District, Matabeleland North, Zimbabwe. We started with a simple shade made from local materials, where we gathered together to worship, pray, and share the Word of God. As the ministry grew, we were able to acquire a Mackie tent in 2022, which became our place of worship and fellowship. In 2025, strong winds destroyed the tent. Although this was a difficult moment, we continued trusting God and moving forward. In November 2025, construction began on a permanent church building. Today, the church serves the local community by providing a place for worship, prayer, biblical teaching, fellowship, and encouragement.

A Heart for the Children

As we served in the community, we became increasingly aware of children who had lost their parents or were living without adequate support. We began helping children with practical needs, including schooling and access to medical care.

Through this work, the vision for an orphanage began to grow.

Gcinani Orphanage Home

We began construction of Gcinani Orphanage Home, . The orphanage is currently under construction, a planned home designed to accommodate 24 children has reached the roofing stage. The church and Gcinani Orphanage Home are located together on land known as Mercyland, in Guwe Village, Nkayi District, Matabeleland North, Zimbabwe. Our desire is to continue serving the community, caring for children, and creating a safe and supportive environment where they can grow, receive an education, and experience the love of Christ.

A Journey of Faith

What began with a simple shade made from local materials has grown into a wider vision of church ministry, community service, and care for children. We are grateful for every step God has allowed us to take, and we continue to trust Him as the work progresses.
